Who we are
We're Michael and Steven Pasquantonio, the Island Brothers. We started catering on Topsail Island in 2002 and take real pride in the quality of our food and service.
Weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions or a week at the beach: we'll take care of the food so you can enjoy the company.

There's a lot that goes into a great event. We build a custom menu and service package around your budget, schedule and theme, priced per guest, and handle the food and service from setup to breakdown.
